Exercise Plans

1) Walk when I can. This will be easier to do once I'm moved to Framingham and don't have to be as conscious about wandering around in a city. The catch-22 is that my back kills me whenever I try to do long distances, but I have to at least try.

2) I bought an exercise bike that I really need to get my fat ass (pun intended) on more often. Since I can't walk as much as I'd like, the times I can't should be replaced with biking AT LEAST half an hour a day, per my doctor's instructions. I've gone from trying to see how fast I can bike to going for endurance.

3) Exercise videos. Yeah, yeah, I know... Hey, it's motion. I now have a variety of them (I got bored with the ones I had) that I'll be using, mostly Richard Simmons' ones. He may be odd, but he gets me moving. I'll only be able to do those when I'm in Buffalo, though, since the room doesn't exist at my place in Framingham.

Eating Plans
